GEORGIA’S SWEET POTATO
Georgia’s Sweet Potato Pie Company was started in the fall of 2017 by Deyago and Dawn Urrutia. The Urrutia’s had a vision to start a non-profit organization that would support small grassroots community organizations locally.
Georgia’s Sweet Potato Pie Company was named after Dawn’s maternal grandmother Who taught the family the importance of expressing love to all.
Georgia’s mission is to inspire the world by connecting people to the their famous sweet potato products and to support their passion of giving back to the community in the form of giving away free books to children that promote love, diversity, and acceptance. Georgia’s team volunteers throughout the year at local non-profits and donates products at community events. Our collections of sweet potato sweet treats and home scents enable us to fulfill our mission and spread love throughout the world.
Georgia Sweet Potato Pie Company is excited to announce a new permanent location:
Dawn’s tasty treats are to die for. I got her cookies, a pie, and a brownie. Needless to say, I should’ve gotten more lol
I will definitely be getting more in the near future.
I had a sweet potato chocolate chip cookie this morning at the J-town Farmers’ Market. The owner told us the story of the company and was enthusiastic and kind. The cookie was delicious. I may have to try a brownie next time. She also sells sweet potato candles and other merchandise. It’s great to support a new local business.
Impressively smooth, moist and flavorful vegan sweet potato pie! Will definitely be placing an order for Thanksgiving this year.
